Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Snow Water. Below, we detail the conditions that govern our services to ensure a transparent, safe and quality experience. By booking our weekends, you accept the following points:

1.Service Description and Groups

Our experiences are ski and mountain weekends designed for small groups, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 participants to ensure personalized attention.

The experiences include constant accompaniment, logistical management and skiing activities at the Andorra resorts (Grandvalira, Ordino/Arcalís and Pal-Arinsal).

2.What's Included in the Price (Inclusions)

The Snow Water base package includes the following services:

  • Accommodation (optional): Stay at the Arinsal Hostel with breakfast included.
  • Ski passes: Access to slopes for 2 days.
  • Transport: Transfers to activities throughout the weekend within Andorra.
  • Taxes: Tourist tax.
  • Slope insurance: Specific coverage for skiing included in the ski pass.
  • Comprehensive support: Assistance with equipment rental, support and booking of private lessons, cultural and natural explanations of the country, and personalized routes and recommendations on the slopes.

3.What's NOT Included in the Price (Exclusions and Supplements)

It is the client's responsibility to cover unspecified expenses, which include:

  • ⚠️Main meals: The 2 dinners (Friday and Saturday) and the 2 lunches on the slopes are at the client's expense.
  • ⚠️Equipment and Classes: Ski/snowboard equipment rental and private lesson booking are not included, although we offer assistance to manage it.
  • ⚠️Accommodation Deposit: A €10 deposit will be required during check-in, refundable at check-out.
  • ⚠️Extra shower: The use of showers on Sunday afternoon (after check-out) carries a supplement.

4.Insurance and Liability

Safety is our priority. Therefore, the following mandatory conditions are established:

  • 🛡️Slope Insurance: Included in the price with coverage within the ski resort.
  • ⚠️Travel/Health Insurance (MANDATORY): The package does not include general travel insurance. It is essential that all participants have private health or travel insurance with valid coverage in Andorra to guarantee healthcare in case of illness or unforeseen events off the slopes.

5.Accommodation and Coexistence

If you want to book accommodation in the experience package, the following conditions must be taken into account:

  • 🏠Room type: The base accommodation is in shared rooms of 6 people with comfortable bed, personal space, locker and sink.
  • 🚿Bathrooms are separated by gender.
  • 🔑Privacy option: There is the possibility of requesting a private room subject to availability and payment of the corresponding supplement.
  • Common areas ideal for socializing and/or resting.
  • 📋Rules: Respect for the facilities and other guests is requested.

6.Activity Modifications and Weather

  • 🗓️Itinerary adaptation: Snow Water reserves the right to modify the chosen ski resort or schedules based on weather, snow conditions or slope conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the group.
  • Schedules: The schedules provided in the program are indicative and may vary according to the group dynamics or external factors.

7.Prices

Prices are set per season and vary according to dates and ski sectors (Ordino/Pal vs. Grandvalira). Prices are valid for groups of 3 participants or more.

8.Reservations

To guarantee your spot, it is necessary to pay 50% of the reservation amount 1 month before the experience. The remaining payment must be made at the latest, 10 days before arrival.

9.Payments

Transactions are carried out through secure payment gateways provided once you wish to make the reservation. Snow Water does not store sensitive information, such as card numbers.

10.Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen events may arise. Below we detail the general conditions in case of cancellation by the client or the organization:

Cancellation by the client

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email. The refund conditions are as follows:

  1. Up to 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the amount paid (minus management fees, if applicable).
  2. Between 29 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount.
  3. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be made, except for force majeure justified in writing and subject to review by the organization.

Note: If the client finds another person to take their place, the name change can be managed at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip.

Cancellation by Snow Water

In the event that the organization has to cancel the trip due to not reaching the minimum group of participants or due to force majeure (non-meteorological), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Weather Conditions: As indicated in the modifications section, bad weather or snow conditions are not grounds for automatic cancellation of the trip if the resort remains open or if alternative activities can be carried out. The organization will always try to adapt the activity to ensure the best possible experience.

11.Modifications

Snow Water reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect from their publication date.
